I recently got the Crateworks Pro XL-C plastic bike box with the Economy wheel caddy for my flight to Australia, and what a setup!!!  The assembly was very easy with detailed instructions that made it a snap, or more like some Velcro and sticky pads!  After assembly, I did a dry fit with one of my bikes and I was very impressed with how many built-in hold-downs there are and all the options for restraining my precious bike so the tossers (baggage handlers) won’t be able to damage it.  After making it to Australia, the box did very well, no visible damage, the straps were still there and nothing had moved – I was very impressed!!!  The biggest and most impressive thing about the box was that Customs wanted to do a personal inspection while I was in line mere feet from my ride home!  The trusty Pro XL-C box didn’t let me down, all I had to do was undo the quick clip straps, pull the lid off and allow the Customs inspector to do his job.  That easy!!!  No fighting with zippers, jumping on it to squeeze the top back on or re-taping a cardboard box!!!  No muss/no fuss.  It almost made flying to an event enjoyable!

Overall, best box I have ever used.
